$9.99 return shipping fee for: Buyer's remorse, changed mind, ordered wrong part

Restocking Fees

We do NOT charge restocking fees, except:

  • • Special order or custom parts (25% fee)
  • • Parts opened but not installed (10% fee)
  • • Large/heavy items over 50 lbs (15% fee)

Installation Services

If you purchased installation service with your part and need to return it, the service fee is non-refundable if the technician has already been scheduled or work has started. Contact us before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

Warranty Returns

Items covered by manufacturer warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer after the 30-day return window. We'll provide all necessary documentation and support for warranty claims.
