What's Covered
Manufacturing Defects
Coverage for any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes faulty components, premature wear, or parts that fail to meet specifications.
Performance Issues
Parts that fail to perform as advertised or don't meet OEM specifications will be replaced at no charge during the warranty period.
Premature Failure
If a part fails significantly before its expected lifespan under normal operating conditions, we'll replace it free of charge.
Installation Services
Professional installation services booked through Partcrux are covered for 90 days against workmanship defects.
What's NOT Covered
Normal Wear and Tear
Parts that wear naturally over time (brake pads, wiper blades, filters, etc.) are not covered after their expected service life.
Improper Installation
Damage caused by incorrect installation, use of incompatible parts, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Accidents and Abuse
Damage from accidents, misuse, racing, off-road use, or modifications not recommended by the manufacturer.
Environmental Damage
Corrosion, rust, or damage from environmental factors, chemicals, or lack of proper maintenance.
Unauthorized Repairs
Parts that have been repaired, modified, or serviced by non-certified technicians without prior authorization.

How to File a Warranty Claim
Gather Your Information
Have your order number, part number, and proof of purchase ready. Photos or videos of the defect are helpful.
Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team via email, phone, or through your account dashboard. We'll review your case within 24-48 hours.
Return Authorization
If approved, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
Ship the Part Back
Package the defective part securely and ship it back using the provided label. No shipping cost to you!
Receive Your Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the part, we'll ship your replacement within 2-3 business days via expedited shipping.
